How do I get paid for a gig?
For now, the venue and the musician agree on payment between them. Soon the venue will pay when confirming the gig and the musician will receive the fee 48 hours after playing.
What happens if a gig is cancelled?
You cancel from the app and give a reason: the other side is notified and the date becomes free again. If the musician cancels less than 14 days ahead, it shows on their profile. Once payments are switched on, if the venue cancels at short notice the musician will get part of the fee.
Can I be a musician and a venue at once?
Yes. One account can have both a musician and a venue profile, and you switch between them with one click.
Where does Toquem work?
We're starting in Barcelona and the surrounding area. If you play or book shows in another city, you can still create your profile.
